Private services

At one time or another, we all need a little bit of extra support. Whether you’re dealing with grief or loss, a personal or professional challenge or relationship issues – our experienced psychologists are able to work with you one-on-one, as a couple or in a group setting.

Face to Face Consultation

We offer face to face consultations for individuals, couples and groups at our Sydney CBD office

Video Consultations

As an alternative to traditional face to face sessions, a video consultation is ideal for busy parents, time-poor professionals, those with mobility difficulties and for anyone living away from Sydney – interstate or internationally. If you would prefer to have therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home, a video consultation may be a great option for you. We offer video consultations via Zoom, FaceTime or Whatsapp video calls.

Outdoor Sessions

Part of your therapeutic journey is the integration of positive lifestyle habits and so, for some, walk n talk sessions provide a holistic approach to mental, physical and emotional shifts outside the therapy room. Of course, these sessions are not appropriate for everyone and are weather dependent.

Single Session Therapy

We offer one off professional psychology advice.

Ideal for those that could benefit from quick solutions, psychological tools and to be pointed in the right direction.

These sessions are designed to triage problems, which will assist with a short term targeted solution

FEES:

It’s important to pair with a practitioner that feels right for you – so Mindset Consulting offer an initial FREE 10 minute phone consultation, to better understand your needs and goals.

Fees are dependent on the service selected, but range between $260-$300 per 50-60 min session. If you are referred by a GP or psychiatrist with a Mental Health Plan, a Medicare rebate of $129.55 per session for in clinic sessions may apply or $151.60 for walk n’talk.
