About Dr. Aileen Alegado
Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside thousands of professionals across Australia as they’ve navigated challenges, celebrated breakthroughs, and discovered new levels of personal and professional fulfillment.
My journey into psychology began with a deep curiosity about human potential—what enables some people to thrive in challenging circumstances while others struggle? This led me to pursue doctoral training in neuropsychology and develop specialized expertise in working with high-performing professionals.
What I’ve learned is that success without wellbeing is ultimately unsustainable, and that the most effective leaders are those who have done their own inner work. Every person I work with teaches me something new about resilience, growth, and authentic living.
